About Me
My name is Sophie McGoldrick
I graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) with a BSc (Hons) and am committed to developing personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies grounded in evidence-based practice.
My approach is to facilitate healthy transformations and optimize overall well-being.
As a keen runner, I also want to help understand the link between nutrition, health & performance. I have a specific interest in nutrition for sports performance (both the everyday exerciser and those aiming for high level performance).
I don’t subscribe to restrictive dieting. Instead, I guide my clients in building a positive, sustainable relationship with food—focusing on balance and choosing foods that nourish both the body and the mind.
